Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

  • 6 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, with skin)
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp red chili powder/cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions 

  • Pat dry and score the chicken thighs. Mix spices and coat the chicken evenly.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip chicken, brush with more barbecue sauce, and air fry for 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce if desired.

Ensure internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C) for safe consumption.
