This high-protein, no-bake dessert combines creamy cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries for a delicious treat in minutes.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (Plain works best.)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup gelatin or agar-agar (Optional for firmness.)

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (For the compote.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth (~45-90 seconds).
  • Dissolve gelatin or agar-agar as per package instructions if firmness is desired.
  • Divide mixture into cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to make a compote, then cool.
  • Top each set dessert with strawberry compote before serving.

Notes

For a firmer texture, add more gelatin or agar-agar.
