A quick and easy baked chicken Alfredo dish with minimal ingredients, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz Penne Pasta

Sauce

  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce (about 15 oz each, 2 jars)

Broth

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Chicken

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (rotisserie, leftover grilled, or diced cooked chicken breasts)

Cheese

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Add pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and broth to the dish. Stir to combine.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil, stir gently, sprinkle cheese, and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
