A simple, cheesy baked chicken and rice dish made with just five ingredients, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

white rice (long-grain or basmati)

chicken broth

cheddar cheese, shredded
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine rice and broth, pour into dish.
Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese over chicken, bake 15-20 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
