Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Fats & Oils

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

Sauces & Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken thighs 4-5 minutes per side until cooked and crispy.
  • Add teriyaki sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Slice chicken into strips and prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, avocado, chicken, drizzle spicy mayo, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
