chickpeas – drained and rinsed well

Instructions
Assemble all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a mason jar fitted with a lid and shake well to emulsify.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
